"4.1. Roulette Chat: The primary feature of VibliApp is the roulette-style chat system. Users are randomly matched for one-on-one conversations. Standard users receive 30 daily spins, while Premium users enjoy unlimited spins."

"4.2. User Profiles: Users can create and customize their profiles, including profile pictures, biographical information, and interests. Users can upload a profile picture and up to 5 gallery images."

"4.3. Interests Matching: Users can specify what they're looking for (Chat, Friendship, Date, Casual), and the roulette system will attempt to match users with compatible preferences when possible."

"4.4. Direct Messaging: Users can send direct messages to other users. Standard users can send unlimited messages to contacts (users who have added them), 20 messages per day to non-contacts, and initiate 10 new conversations per day. Premium users have unlimited messaging capabilities."

"4.5. Content Sharing: Users can share various types of content within conversations:"

• "Text messages"
• "Images, videos, and other media files (up to 5MB per file)"
• "GIFs via integrated GIF search"
• "Voice Notes (20-second audio recordings)"
• "Drawing Messages via the integrated canvas feature"
• "Emojis via the emoji picker"

"4.6. Voice Calls: Users can make real-time voice calls to their connections for more personal conversations. This feature is available to all users."

"4.7. Video Calls: Users can make face-to-face video calls to build stronger connections. This feature is available to all users."

"4.8. Contact System: Users can add other users as contacts for easier communication and unlimited messaging."

"4.9. Chat History: Users can view their conversation history with other users. Premium users have the additional ability to delete entire chat histories with optional backup."

"4.10. Username Search: Users can search for and connect with specific users by username."

"4.11. Chatting Pool: An exclusive premium feature that allows users to browse and connect with a pool of other users actively looking to chat, with advanced filtering options."

"4.12. Premium Features: VibliApp offers premium subscription features detailed in Section 4A below."

"4A. Premium Subscription Features"

"4A.1. Subscription Plans: VibliApp offers premium subscription plans that unlock additional features and remove daily usage limits. Available subscription options include:"

• "Monthly subscription: $1.99 for 30 days"
• "Annual subscription: $20.00 for 365 days (equivalent to 2 months free)"

"4A.2. Premium Benefits: Premium subscribers receive the following benefits:"

• "Unlimited Daily Spins: No limit on roulette matches (vs. 30 per day for standard users)"
• "Unlimited Messaging with Non-Contacts: Send unlimited messages to users who haven't added you as a contact (vs. 20 per day for standard users)"

• "Chatting Pool Access: Browse and connect with users in the Chatting Pool"
• "Unmatchable Restriction: Mark specific users as 'unmatchable' to prevent them from appearing in your roulette matches"

• "City Filter: Filter potential matches by specific city for more precise local connections"
• "Distance Filter: Set maximum distance preferences and see exact distance calculations to potential matches"

"4A.3. Standard User Limitations: Standard (non-premium) users have the following daily limits:"

• "20 messages per day to non-contacts"
• "10 new conversations per day"
• "Cannot access Chatting Pool"
• "Cannot mark users as unmatchable"
• "Cannot delete chat histories"
• "Cannot use City Filter (premium-only)"

"4A.4. Features Available to All Users: The following features are available to both standard and premium users:"

"5.2. Random Matching: Users understand and agree that matches are made randomly and VibliApp does not guarantee the quality, safety, or appropriateness of any match."

"5.3. User Conduct: When using the roulette feature, users agree to:"

• "Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or offensive behavior"
• "Not share personal information unless they choose to do so at their own risk"

"6. User Content"

"6.1. Definition: 'User Content' means any content, including but not limited to text, images, or audio, that you submit, post, or transmit through the Service."

"6.2. Ownership: You retain all rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant VibliApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service."

"6.3. Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit User Content that:"

"6.5. Blocking Other Users: VibliApp provides you with the ability to block other users. When you block a user:"

• "They will not be able to send you direct messages"
• "You will not see their content in public areas of the app"

"6.6. Reporting Users: You have the right and responsibility to report users who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. To report a user:"

• "Provide a clear reason for the report and any relevant evidence"
• "Cooperate with any follow-up questions from our moderation team"

"7.2. Profile Picture Guidelines: Profile pictures must be appropriate and not violate any terms of our content policy. VibliApp reserves the right to remove any profile picture that violates these guidelines."

"7.3. Gallery Images: Users can upload up to 5 gallery images. These images are subject to the same content guidelines as profile pictures. Users can add, replace, or delete gallery images as needed."

"7.4. Character Limits: The 'About Me' section has a 600-character limit. Users are responsible for ensuring their text fits within this limit."

"7.5. Looking For Preferences: Users can select multiple options for what they're looking for (Chat, Friendship, Date, Casual). These preferences may be used in the matching algorithm but do not guarantee matches of any specific type."

"7.6. Profile Visibility: By default, profiles are visible to other users of VibliApp. Users should be aware that the information they provide in their profile will be visible to potential matches and other users of the service."

"7.7. Profile Deletion: Users have the option to delete their profile. This action is irreversible and will result in the permanent loss of all account data, matches, and chat history."

"8. Matching Preferences"

"8.1. Setting Preferences: Users can set matching preferences to customize their experience. Available preferences include:"

"8.1.1. Basic Filters (Available to All Users)"

• "Minimum and maximum age range"
• "Preferred country"
• "Looking For preferences (Chat, Friendship, Date, Casual)"

• "Distance filter: Set maximum distance for potential matches and see exact distance calculations"

"8.2. Preference Application: While we attempt to honor user preferences in the matching process, we do not guarantee that all matches will perfectly align with set preferences. The matching algorithm considers multiple factors including availability, preferences, and system optimization."

"8.3. Distance Filter (Premium Feature): Premium users can opt to use a distance filter and set a maximum distance (in miles) for potential matches. This feature requires access to the user's location data and calculates precise distances between users."

"8.4. City Filter (Premium Feature): Premium users can filter matches by specific city. Standard users can set a preferred country but cannot filter by city."

"8.5. Location Data: By using distance-based features, you consent to VibliApp accessing and processing your location data for the purpose of calculating distances and facilitating local matches."

• "To abuse the premium features, including but not limited to exploiting the unmatchable feature to harass users"
• "To attempt to circumvent daily usage limits for standard users through technical means"
• "To use the Chatting Pool feature (if you have premium access) to spam or harass other users"

"13. Termination"

"13.1. Termination by VibliApp: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms."

"13.2. Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your profile or by contacting us at support@vibliapp.com."

"13.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability."

"14.1. 'As Is' and 'As Available': The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. VibliApp expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement."
